But other methods are also possible and any method can fail if your design doesn't work withe that method and you have told us nothing about your design.
Maybe I didn't know to express my idea. I would like to insert the zip code and the others fields about de adress would fill automatically, like what happens with web sites in general.
This is typically done by having a separate table that cross-indexes zip codes against cities and states. Here's the "official" site for the data:

As a general observation to your need, in some countries a zip code does not exactly identify a "place".
Example: in Switzerland the zip code 9249 belongs to 3 places:
Algetshausen (600 residents)
Niederstetten (140 residents)
Oberstetten (110 residents)
so in cases like that you don't want an automatic fill of the "City" via lookup or other, you want a popover allowing you to choose the specific place.
Once you've got your hands on the specific zip code table you need, do a simple search with "!" in the zip code, to check if you need to cover the scenario I've illustrated.
