Hello again, second post of the day.
I wanted to see how I would go about setting up an automatic email based on two criteria:
-The rental status is NOT set to returned
-It has been 24 hours since the return date / when the rental status SHOULD have been set to returned.
I understand how to set up the "email" part itself but have no idea how to set it up based on these factors.
My superior would like an email notification alerting him of this so we no longer have to find/or scroll through our records to see the status of each recent rental.
