Do you want to do this from Mac, from Windows, client-side or server-side?
I would suggest only doing this server-side.
On Windows, you can use built-in utilities to query the AD but obviously it requires the necessary AD privileges to do so, that is something to be considered carefully so that you don't end up setting up privs to the AD that go beyond the ability to query membership for certain groups.
Sorry, I should have said all this in the original post.
Mac FileMaker Pro Server 15
So, Macintosh Mini Server (split between 2 Mac Minis, one for server one for webdirect).
FileMaker Pro Server 15.
I would like to do this Server Side. I only want to Retrieve information from Active Directory. I do have credentials, but we do use LastPass to authenticate.
Just retrieving Group Names with Memberships would be a great start.

As Wim mentions, you will have to do this from a machine that is part of the AD domain. I've done this before and it can be a bit challenging. You need to build an OS level script and execute it. Typically you will write the OS script to build a text file with the names, and then import into Filemaker. I've never done this from a Mac. On Windows you would use vb script or powershell.
