A common request from client is to have reports Horizontal, like they often create in Excel.
For example they want to see billions by month. In FileMaker it would be a Vertical report with SubSummaries by Month going down.
Clients want to see the Months Horizontally across the top of the report and client name Vertically.
So I do this by making individual calculated fields for each month. But this cumbersome and inflexable.
Has anyone come up with a better way?
