Cant edit "Assisted install" txt to FileMaker Pro in Mac

I had a licensed FileMaker for Windows & Mac both versions.

While install in Windows as-usual the key was there in notepad, we copied & pasted.

But in Mac, before installer, edit and right click package, we have to open Assisted Install.txt file & provide our details, right!

If i try to type a single letter in editor it asks for "Duplicate" in my system.

Then how to import my license details in Assisted txt and install FMP in Mac?

Help much appreciated!!
