WebDirect Layout locks

I'm testing a current solution for moving to cloud and when I access via web everything works well except for one layout.  I have custom buttons for navigation and they all work except for one pointing to one specific layout.  Everything locks and and you have to logout to reset.  Layout contains several tabs each with a different portal.  Each portal has custom filter options at top.  I'm totally new to Cloud/WebDirect, so any help would be appreciated.  If I access cloud solution using local, the layout works, so I don't believe it's a version upgrade issue.  It's specific to web.   thanks
