Hi all,

I’m working on a database that contains a product catalog that looks a lot like a “web-shop”. To populate it with information I exported data from the admin tool of the company web. Since the text contained HTML formatting, I choosed to present the text using the web viewer. I the found out that the text also contains links to images and videos. Recently I realized that where the database is supposed to be used, the internet connection has a high traffic fee. (Cost per transferred data.) So those links could prove expensive.

So I like to search and remove (substitute with “empty”) all those links within that text. The text is stored inside text fields in the FileMaker database. Since I have very little time left to complete this, I need help to detect what to substitute. Maybe a custom function could parse the complete link?

With best regards Magnus Fransson.
