PDF from a script for from the File Menu?
If from a script, we'd like to know about the script.
Maybe try different FileMaker version?
Or get 64-bit installation?
Or check if the blank PDF shows blank because it's blank or just has an error which causes it not to display.
You have such a blank one?
Could there be a found set of zero records when they get that blank PDF?
The script steps that set up the data and file path for the PDF are just as important as this specific "Save as PDF" step.
Phil - I am positive there are found records. This is a vertical solution with other customers running the same script. And quitting af reopening and printing the same invoice works first time - but not second.
Christian - The computer runs Windows 10 32 bit, and I am trying to convince the customer to upgrade everything to 64 bit.
This problem came when we upgraded the machine from FM 14, so I am thinking problems with the new pdf engine and 32 bit. Had hoped somebody had seen same behaviour and maybe had found a solution.
