Broken relationships on FileMaker 15 server

I'm in the midst of switching a legacy multi-file solution from FileMaker 13 server on a Mac Mini to FileMaker 15 server on a new Mac Mini. However, I have been stopped in my tracks. On the server I have about a dozen scheduled scripts. When I run any of these scripts from FileMaker Pro all is well. But when the script is run by the server, none of the relationships between tables that are in separate files work. So of example, the Order table is in the Order file while the related Order Detail table is in the Order Detail file. When run from the server any given Order record does not see any of its related Order Detail records. Any relationship between tables within the same file works fine.

This all worked fine using FileMaker 13 server but not in v15. Some have suggested that I explicitly Open the related files at the start of the script. I have tried that and it doesn't help.

Does anyone have any idea what's going on?
