DocuWrx and 4C Print Shop Add ShipStation Integration

Based out of the Orlando, FL, 4C Print Shop offers high quality Direct to Garment (DTG) and sublimation services for a variety of products, from t-shirts to coffee mugs. DocuWrx partnered with 4C Print Shop to develop a custom FileMaker solution for several workflows and processes the business handles on a daily basis. One of the most vital aspects of 4C’s business is shipping. Recently, DocuWrx has once again assisted 4C and its clients by integrating ShipStation.

ShipStation is a service for 4C’s clients, so that orders are automatically pooled from multiple marketplaces, such as eBay, Amazon, Etsy, WooCommerce and more! Clients no longer have to manually enter each order from each marketplace through 4C’s web portal.

It is also a convenience to 4C, as all shipping information is automatically imported into the custom solution. From the point an order comes in, all the way to when it is staged for shipping, accurate shipping information is already on hand to generate labels. This is even more important as they regularly employ “white label” shipping practices, in which 4C Print Shop directly ships an order to the end user, who has purchased a product through one of their wholesale or retail clients.

The result is an easier, better experience for 4C’s customers, that shortens the process from receiving an order to shipping it out. The quicker process means the client receives the order faster, while 4C shortens turnaround time and remains competitive. Best of all, the ShipStation integration works seamlessly with their current FileMaker solution.
