FileMaker Pro Advanced has stopped working
Fault Module Name is Themestudio.fmx64
How do I fix this??
we need more information:
- Mac OR PC?
- which FM Version?
• Release Number
• 32-bit OR 64-bit version
- what PlugIns do you use?
- do you work with a Tool called Theme Studio?
- are your FM Version AND Theme Studio of same architecture? => both 32-bit OR both 64-bit!
First step would be to deactivate anything called "Theme Studio" and do further tests.
Window 7 Ultimate
FM 14.06 x64
All plugins are of the same architecture x64
FM was working without an issue, then yesterday I stared getting the Window Dialog box appcrash error message that Filmmaker Pro had stopped running.
How can you deactivate a plugin if FM won't start?
Thanks for the help.
Not sure if this is gonna work:
- Quit FM
- drag the PlugIn out of the PlugIns Folder
- start FM again
It looks like this 'Theme Studio" Plug causes the crash.
As the Author of this report, you should find right/top
I'ld recommend to move this to "Report a Product Issue".
I also know there's a 'Genie in a bottle' 'round here

I'm pretty sure she will give you advice how to solve this with a description that even me as a PC dummy would understand.
Thank you for your posts.
Under Windows 7, you will find the plug-ins in the following directory:
C:\Users\<account name>\AppData\Local\FileMaker\FileMaker Pro Advanced\14.0\Extensions
Move the Themestudio.fmx64 file to the Desktop, and you should be able to start FileMaker Pro Advanced 14.
Please contact the developers of Themestudio to see if there are any problems reported with FileMaker Pro Advanced 14.
The ThemeStudio plugin is a custom plulgin built by the ScriptMaster plugin from 360Works. You may have an incompatible version of Java running on your machine.
Basically, if you can get ScriptMaster running on that machine, there is a good change that the ThemeStudio plugin will also work.
Next question: Are you using any of the functionality from ThemeStudio? If not, remove it.
