First thing I would try is restarting your device. It's also possible you have a file name with an unsupported character.
You may want to check the filename itself. FileMaker Go will have this issue with files that include non-alphanumeric characters. For example, "schedules.12.31.16.fmp12" would have this issue. Alphanumeric characters and potentially underscores ( _ ) when necessary should resolve that.
We have the same problem. FileMaker Pro 15 desktop application sees the files just fine. Any web browser sees the files just fine. It is just FileMaker Go, on iPad and iPhone, that fails to see any file at all on the server. This is with a newly set-up AWS instance of FileMaker Cloud.
It has nothing to do with the filename. We have experimented with that in every way. Restarting all devices, including the server instance has no effect. I suspect a problem with FileMaker Cloud itself.
