Create a popover button named Reprint. in the popover place buttons for the five forms.
Without seeing your script, we are going to have to do some guessing. Sounds like you have a single script that changes the layout that is printed via script parameter. My idea would be to use modular scripting to run the script multiple times with a different script parameter. Just create a new script and call the print script 5 times with a different script parameter. Script parameters can be passed from a button to a script or via Perform Script to a script.
I'm guessing differently:
Do you want to make all of your selections first then click a single button to print all selected forms?
If so a field formatted with check boxes could be used to select forms and your button's script can use the selected check boxes to determine what to print.
What Phil is suggesting here is the way I have successfully addressed a similar need in one of my solutions. A checkbox entry method gives you a return-separated list of values, which can then be used in a script to determine which layouts to print.
