    How can I reset Jive unread count?


      I'm not sure what's going on here -- there's a phantom unread message in my Jive Inbox and I can't seem to clear it. I'm wondering if I'm missing a message somewhere, and how to access it. I've searched Jive help (yuk), I've looked in My Content and My Places but really I'm just clicking links randomly at this point. Any thoughts?
