The file is gone, this one can't be opened or recovered. Whatever you did corrupted the file so severely that it can not be opened ever by filemaker pro/pro advanced.
Were you allowing multiple people to open the file directly from disk? FileMaker explicitly states to NEVER do this:
If you open up this file in a text editor, you see a lot of "0000" octets at the end of the file, this would lead me to believe that the file is incomplete or corrupt. That would lead to the error you are receiving.
Unfortunately, your data is most likely gone. You can send the file to filemaker paid tech support as they may have tools that we do not for recovery, however I would start working on manual recovery of your data for now.
If you want to continue using filemaker for multiple users, please follow best practices for hosting, security AND BACKUPS of your data.
