Yes, here is the documentation:
Set the timeout to be active via the privilege set that the webdirect users are using.
Then set the timeout period in the filemaker server admin console.
If you do not do both of those steps then the timeout does not work.
Does this also work in FM 14? That is what we are running and it appears Webdirect users are not being logged out.
Yes, applies to 13 and 14 as well. Your database isn’t running anything that is keeping an idle from happening, right? Like an on-timer script?
When was the last time the server was rebooted?
Are you running the most recent update of FMS14?
