All I can see in the Access Benefits page are my server licenses. I'm trying to download the latest iOS App SDK, but where has it gone?

It does seem that your FileMaker Developer Subscription is in need of renewal. I will send a private message to you with further details.
I have exactly the same issue, but with the important difference that I just renewed my subscription – it still isn't there, more than 30 hours ago, although I do get the message that my order has been confirmed.
I get no meaningful response from the support staff.
Please help with how to proceed!
it was my error; I thought I had renewed my subscription, but I hadn't. I went through the renew process and my benefits came back a few hours later.
