Good morning all, thank you for help.
Since Filemaker Pro needs only TCP 5003 open to be fully available from outside, I would know why the Server doesn't work,
Can you define 'doesn't work' a bit better?
Does it work from inside the network but not outside? If so, how are you trying to connect from the outside (IP address, DNS name,...)

I just had the same issue, for me it was a conflict of softwares using the ports on the server computer, I was able to change two of them and for the other two they seemed to finally be solved when I uninstalled Filemaker Pro client, stopped Quickbooks and I installed Filemaker Server 15 right after the reboot. We did a lot of looking using a windows cmd line that showed us the open ports, I can find it if that helps!
You should eliminate any conflicts in port usage.
Thank you all mates for your kind reply,
sorry I omitted importanta infos, I don't have conflicts (I suppose) and I'm using the version 15.
In spite of FilemakerPro, which needs only the port 5003 the server "doesn't work", it means can't be reachable/can't connect with only 5003. I see it opens also 50003, 5013, 51365, 50004, 1895, 51388 and system is listening on those ports, means ports aren't used.
Also IIS seems not active, maybe the server needs to load it when necessary.indly let me know which ports Filmaker server need to be natted on router, thank you!
For remote connections using FileMaker Pro and FileMaker Go, only port 5003 needs to opened on the firewall and forwarded on the router to the internal IP address or DNS name of the FMS machine.
Can you describe how you are connecting?
Thanks a lot everyone for help!
Probably I can't connect because I've to finish the first setup with FMS before, and I've a big issue with IIS.
