App Maker Database updated with 64bit BaseElements Plugin

The App Maker Database is still the only way for Windows users to create icons (webclip) for ios devices.   I have finally added a BaseElement64bit Plug-in Container to the version that I have been maintaining.  If the 64bit version of FM is detect then the 64bit Plugin is installed else 32bit is installed.   If you experience any issue installing the plugin from this database, please let me know.  I download current versions (as of 5/10/2017) of the BaseElement plugin and insert into each corresponding container.
