Product and version Server 126.96.36.1998, Pro 188.8.131.525 (I believe--we just got the license within the last few weeks)
OS and version - Pro users: Windows 7, 32-bit and 64-bit. Server: Windows 2012 R2 standard.
Description - FileMaker Server is running, hosting a single file. Running FMP 15 on the server machine, I can see and open the FileMaker file. Users on the same LAN can see the server, but not any files. They cannot connect to the solution
Also, I have the same experience from FM GO when I am on their LAN.
I thought Bonjour could be the problem, since that allows users to see files, but the same problem exists on FM GO.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
The IT person for my client made the following change, which immediately made the files visible:
Has anyone encountered this before? I have not.
He wondered why FMS would not automatically make this step during installation.
