How to do a CURL in Version 16

In Terminal, the following simple CURL connects and works correctly: curl -X POST localhost:4567/sortStringValues?values=t,r,a,b

Yet, in FMP 16 (Eval version), the following CURL "options" don't work at all: -X POST localhost:4567/sortStringValues?values=t,r,a,b

Looked this up in the 16 help, but there don't seem to be common examples, or I missed the right help page.

Thanks,
