    Kicked out when Idle?


      I am using FMP Advanced with full privilege connected to FMCloud on AWS.


      I already set no timeout on server, but I am always kicked out after several minutes idle. FMP will pop out a dialog asking me to reconnect or close the file. The file will still be closed even after I click reconnect. Then some work during that session lost.


      Anyway to fix this?

          If FileMaker Cloud is set to not timeout when idle, then if FileMaker Pro is asking you to reconnect or close the file, then this is generally a network issue.


          Try accessing the file from a different location.  If the issue still occurs, then upload a test file so we can test it on the instance.  I have sent you a private message asking for your instance ID.
