the path to the network doesn't seem right. \\10.224.3.135 is the server, you need to at least add one more thing: the name of share on that server:
(A share name is not automatically the name of the shared folder, you'll have to check that on the network side)
and then you can add the name of the folders and subfolders you want to create there.
All of this assumes that the user actually has rights to that share and is allowed to create folders there.
In general, when you use the cmd through Send Event you also want to capture the output of the command so that you can use it for any errors.
cmd /c md some_folder >c:\output.txt
Obviously put that output file anywhere you can use it from FM.
wimdecorte thanks for your replay but (\\10.224.3.135) is the IP of the PC what i want to create a folder in .
when i do this step directly from RUN>CMD /C MD \\10.220.3.135\c\Ibrahim\NEWFOLDER
IT creates a new folder on the path correctly .
and when i write the path directly to the set variable [\\10.220.3.135\c\Ibrahim\]
the two slashes become one
Since I'm assuming the MBS "abstracts" OS differences so it will create a directory on both Mac and Windows, that would a much better solution than a Windows-only "Send event" approach (that isn't apparently working, anyway).
In Visual FoxPro (Windows only, of course), MD was built in. No mystery or plug-ins needed.
