How to replicate
If you use a value list that comes from either field values or custom values and those values have commas in them, you are not able to check the values in WebDirect. They work fine in FMP, but in WebDirect, checking one of these values unchecks any of the values that have the comma in them. If you display the same field as an edit box instead of checkbox and check some of the comma values using FMP, you can see in WebDirect that the comma seems to be interpreted as a carriage return.
Workaround Don't use values with commas
