FM 16 windows: auto-trigger "bring all to front" (Windows10)

The  behavior of windows in FM16 on WIN systems now follows the same pattern as e.g. MS Office applications. When browsing through applications using ALT+Tab, you will bring ONE of possibly several FM windows up front. While the others stay behind. This makes sense in MS Word or Excel where you usually work with separate documents. In FM, different windows still belong together, are normally part of one solution, and you want to view all of them at any time, e.g. data processing in one (or two or three) windows, navigation in another.

The script step "Bring all windows to front" does exactly this, but how can I automate the process? So that every time any FM window comes to the front it triggers all other FM windows to be shown, too?
