Product and version: FileMaker Go 16.0.1.160

OS and version: iOS 10.3.2 (14F89)

Hardware:

Created on MacBook Pro 13" Retina

Issue seen on iPad Air 2,  iPhone 6 and 6s Plus

Description:

Button Bar divider line inconsistencies in display based on line thickness and button bar width

How to replicate:

Create a new file

Choose Minimalist theme

Create a Button Bar object on your layout, add more segments if needed (more than 2 are required to see the issue)

Go Inspector > Appearance > Object Type = 'Button Bar'

Set the line border style to 'Solid'

Set the line border thickness to 1

Choose 'All Boarders'

Go Inspector > Appearance > Object Type = 'Button Bar: Divider'

Set the line border style to 'Solid'

Set the line border thickness to 0.25

Go Inspector > Appearance > Object Type = 'Button Bar: Segment'

Set the line border style to 'None'

View in FileMaker Go 16 and the divider lines have inconsistent line thicknesses

See screenshot of a file I created and displayed in Split Screen with FileMaker Go 15 on the left and FileMaker Go 16 on the right

Workaround:

It seems if you make the 'Button Bar' line thickness the same weight as the 'Button Bar: Divider' line then the results are more consistent, issue with this is in iOS you end up with very heavy dividers or very thin boarder to the button bar

Or running the app in FileMaker Go 15, lines are consistent in v15.

Plus worth noting that the line thickness for the 'Button Bar: Divider' in 15 are thiner than 16 when set to 0.25

Please let me know if there is any further information you require

Side issue and I can report separately if you like, 'Button Bar: Divider' with a thickness of 0.25 do not show at all in FileMaker Pro on Windows

Regards
