For certain clients, I occasionally need to launch version 11. However in recent weeks, it refuses to launch in MacOS Sierra. On the same computer, I can run it under Parallels with Windows 10.
When I launch it in the MacOS the splash screen appears and the icon bounces in the dock for about a minute but then it hangs. I've tried throwing out the preferences and re-installing the application but the results is the same.
Does anybody know if there's another file hidden somewhere in the Library or elsewhere that might be defeating it, or is it just an issue with the current MacOS on my iMac. On a slightly newer MacBook Pro where the same MacOS is installed, FileMaker 11 Advanced launches just like it always has.
Would appreciate any help.
