Filtered portals might be handy for this! You can create a relationship that is "X" (cross join or Cartesian) and this is your base portal.
Then "filter" one to show only "Buy" and the other to show only "Sell"
Change the value from Buy to Sell and refresh the portal(s) and the item 'moves' from one to the other.
I have not looked at your file. Finding the value is also a very doable solution on a List view layout, or example.
It mostly depends on what you want to do with the data.
The filtering can also take place at the relationship level--which can improve performance.
