Here is a weird one that the UK tech support seem to be struggling with! I have files hosted on one of my cloud instances but I can not see the files in the admin interface. Clearly I have a file open hosted at the IP address 188.8.131.52 on a copy of FM Server declaring itself as the cloud. You can even go to the Subscription Centre and click 'Open Launch Centre' and see the files on web direct. But when I go into the web interface I can not see any files. I have rebooted the EC2 instance and refreshed the instance ID.
I am pretty sure I am not doing anything daft. I can open the files from two distinct networks (ie my home office and from work, I even made sure I wasnt on the VPN).
