After disabling SSL in the Admin Console, you can remove the following items from Library/FileMaker Server/CStore/:
ServerCustom.pem is specifically what FileMaker Server uses for SSL, the other two are just remnants from your initial Creation Command.

Thanks. What is the uninstall script in in CStore folder for?
I requested further information on the uninstall.sh, which seems to be something the FileMaker Server uses to track the certificate files to be deleted. I'm not certain in what case a user would ever need to touch this uninstall file.

FileMaker Server 16 Installation and Configuration Guide says this:
To remove an imported certificate, use the CLI command 'fmsadmin certificate delete'
and restart FileMaker Server to apply the change. See "CLI Help"
