Using Active Directory to pull in user data for New Records

Is it possible for FM to pull in user specific data each time a new record is created?  The field validation only allows user name or account name, and it does pull one of those in based on the active directory login.  We would like to pull in things like name, phone #, Office location, email address, etc.  But, we have over 18,000 users that could create a record.  So, creating a whole separate table for employee info would be very time consuming.
