Don't think so. DMG is a mac-specific format. Linux is not Unix. Mac is Unix.
If you can run mac virtualization software of some kind on Linux, that might work.
edit: If You are running a virtual machine, then You can install FileMaker - but it's not under Linux, it's under the OS of the virtual machine...)
Wine and Crossover support FileMaker up to the version 12, although it has to be Windows install. Obviously, none will be supported by FMI.
but then, it's a Windows install that won't accept a .dmg
AFAIK, Apple won't allow OSX on non-Apple hardware

There is no setup for Linux.
