I think this should be a pretty easy one.
I have been building an HTML editor for a 360 Works Cloud mail solution. I am also using MonkeyBread's text.TextToHTML function.
Both 3rd party solutions are working great.
I need to be able to perform a replace on a specific string of text to allow the user to insert hyper links.

I tried a custom function I found online but didn't behave like I had hope.
Thoughts or questions?
