In one of our solutions, the user has to log in to a server with typical account name and password as part of synching data with one of our servers. Sometimes a new user mis-enters their credentials but also taps the control to save the credentials into keychain. The incorrect credentials means that the user gets an error message and that's good, but the wrong credentials get saved to keychain and the process now skips past the log in dialog because of the saved incorrect credentials in keychain. This locks the user out of synching until tech support walks them through the process of opening the manage keychain tool and editing the keychain entry.
But (Rhetorical question), why on earth would any system save credentials that fail to work?
Is this a problem with iOS or an FM GO bug?
