I inherited a Filemaker database, and am trying to train myself how to alter it in ways to make me more efficient (don't worry I test everything on a copy first), so I don't have to be charged an hourly rate if something is simply a want on my end.  Can someone help me on a script?

I am looking for a script to mark all my active jobs (jobs my boss wants totals for) so I can create a report to show a total price.  I think I am looking for something in a loop, to check all jobs with Status "Active" in order to be able to click one button to mark all the jobs with a Status of "Active" before I click "Print External Budget".

Here I think are the relevant field names for someone to help:

Portal Name is "Clients to Jobs"

Clients to Jobs::Mark to Print (Checkbox Set 1; Shows as an "X", but think you code as showing 1 as true?)

Clients to Jobs::Status (I want "Mark to Print" checked when Status is "Active")

I tried to create a loop to get everything checked:

Please let me know what everyone thinks, and thank you in advance!
