We get this server error on average of about once a week. It seems to happen randomly whether people are on the WebDirect or not. It happened twice within an hour this morning. I have created a workaround that restarts this service (if it's stopped) every minute. It does kick users off when it the error occurs.
We skipped from FMS13 to FMS16 because our hosting provider told us that FMS14 was even worse.
Does anyone have a fix for the root cause?
