Check if file open

I have a copy of a database that is used for training purposes. Since it looks like the live database, I want to be sure someone does not start working in the training database by forgetting which file they have open. I have a Install on Timer script that fires up a warning every five minutes that the user is in the training database, not the live database. I have also set the FMreauthenticate to five minutes on the training file. However, I would also like to have the opening script check to see if the live database is already open, and if so close the training database, and vice versa. However I cannot figure out how to do that. The Get(Filename) function seems to only work on the active file. I don't see any script commands that makes the other file active so I can get the filename. Any ideas on how to do that?
