Has anyone else encountered something similar or the same thing?
We have a database with about 33 users. Out of the 33 users, 5 of them can no longer access the file. They're still in the dB Staff Table and a Member of the appropriate AD Group.
Users are prompted to logon which it shouldn’t, as the FileMaker database is authenticated via SSO (user have been added to a specific AD GROUP). Even when they're promtped to key in their Windows ID and Password and they do, it still doesn't take. "The account and password you entered cannot be used to access this file. Please try again."
• If the users try to access the databases on another PC, they experience the same strange behavior.
• If someone who doesn’t have issues logs into the problematic users PC or re-logs in using the re-logon option in FM, it works fine.
• This users and the other users exist in the related AD Group and Staff Tables.
Could it be something in the AD world that’s causing these issues for users? Like what could it be? We've been trying to resolve this for over a year now. No success. We've also had the users try to access the same file but on FM16. Same behavior. At this point we're stomped. H-E-L-P!
