Has anyone else had issues with the native close button for card windows not working occasionally? Seems to only happen on users with Windows 10.
Not come across this issue, does a scripted Close Window allow you to close the card window?
It may be worth posting with all the relevant OS information in the Report an Issue section of the forum so it can be tested and tracked by FileMaker in case there in an issue

Have just found this issue that was reported, Are you using interactive containers at all in your card window?
I found this issue reported that affects Windows 10
Hidden Close Button on Card in Windows 10
Some of them have interactive containers some don't. The problem hasn't been that its missing, its just been that users have been clicking on it and nothing happens.
I am going to try a scripted close and see if it helps at all.
I found someone else had reported a similar issue and someone mentioned about needing to name the window but I didn't really follow what they were saying so I could have misinterpreted.
Just double check there are not other kind of objects that may be interfering with the button in the top corner of the layout, just in case.
I am not sure how naming a layout would have any effect on card windows and the native close button, they are helpful when using the Close Window script step as you can specify either the current window the user is on, or a named window.
Let us know how you get on with this
I have no objects obstructing it. According to this thread naming the card windows seems to be a workaround.
