I'm configuring FileMaker 16 Server for Windows 2016 Server, how do I make the server FQDN?

Here is the error message from postfix, my MTA, log excerpt:

2017-09-29T15:49:57+00:00 mta01 postfix/smtpd[9210]: [ID 197553 mail.info] NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from unknown[10.0.0.100]: 504 5.5.2 <WIN-2OLJ6U6MEJL>: Helo command rejected: need fully-qualified hostname; from=<fm16s@domain.tld> to=<alarm@domain.tld> proto=SMTP helo=<WIN-2OLJ6U6MEJL>

Both accounts do exist in the dovecot/postfix setup: fm16s@domain.tld and alarm@domain.tld

Obviously helo=<WIN-2OLJ6U6MEJL.domain.tld> would be the way qualify for a fully-qualified hostname

Domain is configured in local DNS, with reverse lookups to 10.0.0.100
