After restart of machine, the grey area have disappeared
Thank you for your post!
I am unable to reproduce this issue with FileMaker Pro 16.0.2 (Advanced) on MacOS 10.12.6. I am forwarding your information and screenshots to Testing and Development for review.
Could you let me know exactly what device/model you are running on? For example, in About This Mac you'll see something similar to "iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2013)"
MacBook Pro (Retina, 15", mid 2015)
Processor 2,5 GHz Intel Core i7
Memory 16 GB DDR3 1600 MHz
Graphic AMD Radeon R9 M370X 2048 MB
Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB
Anything else you need?
One last thing for now, are you using a Monitor alongside the MacBook?
In this case I had a Samsung monitor besides my own computer in screen resolution 1900x1200
Thank you for your patience on this! Testing and Development have been unable to reproduce so far.
Can you confirm if the issue occurred on the Samsung Monitor, MacBook, or both?
Any further details you can think of before the issue occurs?
I does not matter if have the FM layout in the Samsung Monitor or MacBook. Makes no difference.
Testing has been unable to reproduce this issue. Are there any other factors you can think of that might be necessary to reproduce.
Can you confirm:
-if the issues occur in a New File.
-if these issues persist in a New Local Mac User.
Have not got the problem in a brand new file. Very rare that you start any project from a brand new file. We use Template files to start of with.
Neither have I tried to create a brand new local Mac user, but I have two on my machine since before and both appear to act the same with this problem
