WHY WON'T IT PRINT WHAT I SEE?
Appointment year is the break field and is the way the records are sorted.
Think maybe it's losing the sort...
Keep records sorted in order was not checked on the script step.
capture screen and print it.
because what we see is █████
could this be a problem with the data being dirty?
I don't know what I'm doing but for some reason I can't always even get the first page to load on my screen.
Do all the missing fields need to be global fields?
is each row a record or a group of records?
in other words, is each row here a sub summary part? Or the Body?
each missing part is part of a subsummary.
and these are not fields of type summary but instead are number or calculation fields? And from the same table occurrence as specified for the layout or from a related table?
Since a sub summary part represents not a single record, but a group of records, these details can make a difference and whether they show data or blank can differ between browse mode nd print/preview/pdf in some cases. Need to know these details in order to confirm possible issues as well as to figure out a fix.
And if these are not summary fields from the same table occurrence as the layout, you might make a copy of this layout, add the body layout part and copy these fields into the body in order to inspect the values in these fields for each individual record. My guess here is that in the body, these fields will show data for some records in body beneath the sub summary part and not for others.
All are calculations from the same table. Appointment Year is the break field (also same table)
GetSummary(ASS.Closed sum;Appointment Year)/GetSummary(ASS.# Demos Summary;Appointment Year)
GetSummary(Gross Volume less LSWP Sum;Appointment Year)/GetSummary(Tel Sales;Appointment Year)
GetSummary(Good Volume Sum;Appointment Year) / GetSummary( Tel Issue ; Appointment Year)
Presumably Appointment Year is the "sorted by" or break field for the sub summary part as well and you are sorting the records the same way when in Browse and when printing?
You wouldn't happen to have "hide when printing" selected for these fields perhaps? (Maybe in an earlier experiment with sliding fields?)
