$$Vars

While developing a fairly complex script - about 300 lines - and using $$vars in order to inspect post-execution problems via DataViewer, we noticed increasing execution times, adding 2 seconds each run to the total execution time.

The script was finishing in 10 seconds, then 12, then 14 etc.

We edited the script and used only $vars instead of $$vars, and the execution time stabilised around 1.3 seconds on each run. We did left a $$var holding the final result.

Any thoughts ?
