Logout in privilege vs server vs extended privilege set

I'm trying to wrap my head around the various ways to set what happens after idle time and which method has "priority".  There are several places where I can set what happens during idle time:

Server:  Filemaker Go/Pro session timeout

Pro Security Privilege set: Disconnect user from server when idle

Pro Security extended privilege set: reauthenticate user after XXX minutes

What has priority?  For example, If I set a user to never disconnect in Pro security and the server has a session timeout of XX minutes, what happens when that time is up?  Is the user logged out?  What about the reauthenticate; if a user has psos scripts running during that time (with the wait for completion turned off), does the reauthenticate stop their PSOS scripts?  If this is well documented somewhere, then you can simply point me to the documentation.

This all came up because I had misapplied the settings for a quite critical user (system was constantly logging her out of the system).  I think I've fixed that, but feedback on the items above will help me ensure that I did.

Thanks for the help!!!
