I have FileMaker Server 16 running on Windows Server 2012 R2 via Amazon Web Services (AWS). I have FileMaker Server installed successfully and am able to share FileMaker Pro files with no problem. I am using an elastic IP for the Server and I have a domain name pointed to the server and functioning correctly as well.

I am now trying to install the SSL Cert that I purchased from Product I purchased is called "QuickSSL Premium".

When I follow the steps to upload the cert I get an error:

"Certificate could not be imported: The certificate file is not valid."

I have tried a number of different things:

-Uploading a .p7b certificate file (with and without an intermediate cert file)

-Uploading a .cer file (with and without an intermediate cert file)

-Combining the root cert and the intermediate cert into the same file called chain.pem (according to the help files found here: Configuring security for FileMaker Server 15 and higher | FileMaker)

-Reinstalling the Windows Server instance
