I know this has been discussed before. FMGO asks me for Touch ID to open a file. “Require iOS password . . .” Is unchecked on all files (in FMPA 16). I’m stumped. Version 15 works fine without Touch ID. What gives?
Another customer on the forum recently encountered a similar issue. In the end, the customer deleted the file from the Keychain, opened the file again to save a new instance to the Keychain. Subsequent opening of the file did not request a Touch ID (or passcode). Let me know if this works for you.
