Connection Failed?

I have a customer who has been using FMP v11 without issues. They installed v16v3 client on several workstations and did a server upgrade. 7 of 10 workstations have no issue connecting to the new server. The other three will not connect with any v16 server (on LAN or external). They do "see" the server via bonjour broadcast but selecting just says connection failed. If I add an internal or external IP (several known good hosts) the connection will still fail. I have tried with SSL on and off on the v16 server. v11 client still works fine. I have checked time zone settings, etc. I have deleted the config and re-installed. It just won't connect to any server. Via safari I can bring up the local IP# and get the web login. I really don't get what could be blocking just the v16 app from using port 5003 outgoing.
