Can I log closing/opening of our hosted database on the Filemaker Server?

I am running into a simple problem and was wondering if there is a solution via Filemaker:

I am using FMS 16 to host our solution in a company network (on a Windows Server 2012R2 VM).

Now I need a way to run a script whenever the database is opened on our server.

Normally the database just stays open, but sometimes even a server needs a restart or has a crash.

I know that I can call startup scripts, but from what I know this gets called whenever the database is opened on a client.

Is there a way to do this for the Server when it opens the database?

It would also be sufficient to just log the event in our database, or just log the case when the database closes on the server.

Thanks,

Mirko
