We are experiencing a FileMaker application crash each day around the same time. Seems about 8 hours after the FM program is launched, it crashes. Our networking team have used Wireshark and other tools to try to resolve the issue, to no avail. Our Platinum FileMaker developers have reviewed the code and scripting and also do not see any reason why the FileMaker software should crash either.
We are running out of ideas to find out why the FM product keeps crashing on us. This is affecting a financial institution's ability to print all of its receipts and checks during the period of time that the application is down, so this is a high priority issue to get resolution on. There is a screenshot attached of the "Improper Argument" error that appears directly before the crash.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
