Currently, in our filemaker server 11 we have set schedules to do certain task such as back up or run certain scripts.
Before my filemaker was sending me notifications on when the schedule tasks were completed.
But now it not sending the email out.
So I went to the general setting and email notification tab.and double checked the SMTP setting with our exchange admin and it is correct. I click on test smtp setting and receive the following message. (attached)
Anyone have any idea on where I can start troubleshooting or do next? I restarted the server already.
I am new to FileMaker and took over the system from a previous tech.
